SuInmobiliaria en Tu Barrio is an innovative project that seeks to facilitate the connection between customers interested in purchasing properties and a real estate agency called SuInmobiliaria. The main idea is to use QR code technology, strategically placed in local stores, to create a direct bridge between customers and the real estate company.

Operation

  • In-store QRs: QR codes will be placed at visible points inside stores in different locations. These codes will allow customers to scan them using the camera on their mobile device.
  • Scanning and Connecting: When a customer scans the QR code, they will be redirected to the SuInmobiliaria en Tu Barrio platform, where they will find information about available properties and additional details about them.
  • Business with the Real Estate Agency: If a client shows interest in a property and wishes to carry out a transaction or request more information, he/she can do so directly through the platform. A communication will be established between the client and the real estate company to continue the process of acquiring the property.
  • Commission for Shopkeepers:  The project seeks to encourage the participation of shopkeepers in the promotion of the platform. For each successful transaction that comes from a customer who scanned the QR code in their store, the shopkeeper will receive a commission as a reward for their collaboration.
  • Digital Wallet for Commissions: The commissions generated for the shopkeepers will be deposited in a digital wallet specially developed for this purpose. This ensures that shopkeepers receive their earnings quickly and securely.

What did we solve/what did we do in this project?

  • Access to real estate information: Many people interested in purchasing property may have difficulty accessing up-to-date information on the options available in the real estate market. By placing QR codes in local stores, the project provides a simple and quick means for customers to access a wide variety of properties, facilitating their search.


  • Connection between customers and real estate: The lack of a direct channel of communication between customers interested in buying a property and real estate agents can be an obstacle in the acquisition process. The project provides a platform that facilitates communication and interaction between both parties, which speeds up the negotiation and purchase process.

  • Incentive for shopkeepers: Local businesses, such as shopkeepers, can benefit by actively participating in the project. By receiving commissions for each successful transaction that comes from a customer who scanned the QR code in their store, it creates an incentive for shopkeepers to promote the platform and refer potential customers, which encourages collaboration between local businesses and real estate agents.

  • Promotion of local commerce: By establishing a collaborative relationship between real estate agencies and local businesses, the project helps strengthen local commerce and creates a mutually beneficial synergy. Local businesses can attract more customers by offering the possibility of accessing properties through the QR codes in their establishments.


  • Facilitation of payments and commissions: The use of a specially developed digital wallet for commissions ensures that shopkeepers receive their earnings quickly and securely, avoiding potential delays or problems in the payment process.

  • Promotion of QR technology: The project drives the use of QR technology in real estate, which may result in wider adoption of this technology in other areas and services, improving the overall user experience.
