Pharmacy Inventory System for the Clinica del Norte Foundation

What did we solve/what did we do in this project?

• Process Optimization: We developed a system that streamlines the receipt of medications from suppliers to distribution in various satellites and floors of the clinic, improving logistical efficiency.
• Interdepartmental Connectivity: Seamless integration with the physicians' medication request system, ensuring fast and accurate communication between the different departments of the clinic.
• Real-Time Inventory Management: We implement tools that allow continuous inventory tracking, avoiding stock-outs and generating automatic alerts for critical stock levels.
• Accounting Report Generation: We facilitate the generation of accounting reports, accounting closings and other reports, providing management with a clear and detailed view of the financial situation related to the drug inventory.
• Maximum and Minimum Alerts: We incorporate a traffic light system to highlight drug depletion and generate visual and audible alerts when critical levels are reached, ensuring a proactive response..
