Project description
Clínica El Rosario faced significant challenges in the organization and management of documents related to medical care and billing. The lack of a clear system for storing and organizing patient records resulted in the loss of documents, affecting the ability to adequately support the generated invoices. To overcome this obstacle, a comprehensive project was undertaken to implement a Digital Repository at the clinic.
What did we solve/what did we do in this project?
- Documentary Organization: We implemented a digital repository that provides an efficient organizational structure for all documents associated with patients, such as medical records, medical orders and test results.
- Facilitating Invoice Filing: The digital repository facilitates the collection and submission of supporting documents when filing invoices. This ensures that each invoice is supported by the necessary clinical and administrative information.
- Fast and Secure Access: We established robust security measures to guarantee secure access to the platform. In addition, the implementation of an efficient indexing system enables fast and accurate searches for documents associated with a patient care number.
- Integration with Existing Systems: We achieved effective integration of the digital repository with the clinic's existing systems, such as the patient management system and the billing system, ensuring consistency in information.
- Continuous Improvement and Regulatory Compliance: We established a continuous monitoring and improvement process to adapt to changing needs. In addition, we ensured that the platform complied with all rules and regulations related to health information privacy.
