What did we solve/what did we do in this project?

• Supply Chain Optimization: Proveo improves supply chain management by enabling direct and fluid communication between the Points of Sale and the Buying Office. This ensures that the necessary products and services are available at the right time, avoiding delays and optimizing the supply flow.
• Reduced Costs and Waiting Times: By centralizing and digitizing the ordering and purchasing process, Proveo reduces the logistical costs and waiting times associated with the acquisition of products and services for the Points of Sale.
• Efficient Inventory Management: Proveo's platform enables real-time inventory integration, which helps avoid overages or shortages in POS stock and ensures more efficient management of resources.
• Access to Verified Suppliers: Proveo offers a directory of reliable and previously verified Suppliers, which makes it easier for the Buying Office and Points of Sale to find suitable and quality business partners, reducing the risk of working with unreliable suppliers.
• Improved Communication: The Proveo platform provides an internal messaging system that enables instant communication between all stakeholders. This facilitates problem resolution and reduces misunderstandings, improving overall business relationships.
